One of my favorite moments of the day is when it coincides that I am working writing articles here or on another blog and I can enjoy a good coffee or one of my favorite juices. On this occasion, I bring you the recipe for the last one: a juice of various vegetables and fruits that is delicious, that has cleansing properties for the body and that in very little quantity we find the vitamins and nutrients necessary to spend a whole week.
If you want to know how I do it, what are the ingredients I use and in what measures, keep reading this article. This is one special detox recipe for the days leading up to Christmas and New Year's meals.
- 100 ml apple juice
- 5-6 spinach leaves
- ½ cucumber
- Grated ginger
- Juice of one lemon
- Juice of an orange
- Water
- In a blender jar, we will add the Apple juice 100% free of added sugars, along with the 6 leaves of spinach (You can add as many as you want as you like it more or less thick). Also add the half cucumber, peeled and cut into small cubes, to make it easier to beat. Beat these ingredients for now and then add the remaining ones.
- Once all of the above is beaten, we will add half teaspoon grated ginger (one day we will talk about the multiple healthy properties of this spice), plus the lemon and orange juice that we will have previously squeezed. Mix well again and add water according to your taste, we add a little less than 50 ml.
- To sweeten, and whenever you want since this is optional, you can add a teaspoon of miel.
- Put it in the fridge for an hour and drink it cool. It's delicious!
