Despite the heat, the lack of appetite and the desire to eat fresh and refreshing food, I could not miss the opportunity to share with you one of the recipes that fascinates me the most (both for its taste and for its simplicity): Jack Daniels Ribs. If you are a meat loverYou cannot miss the opportunity to "get stuck", put the tablecloth on as a hat and become a cowboy eating with your hands (because yes, there are dishes that you only enjoy eating like a child).
Have a dinner at home in the open air (or in a campsite, field, beach, etc.) and slowly enjoy each and every one of them. There are pleasures in life that are indescribable, so don't resist. Try them and tell me what you think about the gastro-experience.

- 1 pork rib (700 gr)
- Jack Daniels sauce (sold in large stores)
- Pepper
- Water
- Sal Island
- As Jack The Ripper said ... in parts: we separate the ribs in groups of 3 or 4 with the help of a sharp knife.
- We preheat the oven to 180ºC, and while the oven heats up, we continue with the preparation of the meat.
- We season each pork rib to taste.
- With the help of a kitchen brush, we spread them with a little Jack Daniels sauce.
- When the ribs are well greased on both sides with the sauce, we place them on the baking tray and put them in the oven for 50 minutes at 180ºC.
- What is the trick to make them tender and juicy? Pour a glass of water on a baking tray and place it under the ribs, this will add moisture to the ribs.
- After the first 25 minutes, we open the oven to turn the ribs over and moisten them with more sauce.
