The irish mocha coffee that we prepare today is a fusion of two very popular types of coffee with milk.

The two types of coffee that we fuse today are mocha coffee and Irish coffee. The first has cocoa, the second Irish whiskey and a good whipped cream layer. You are starting to get an idea of ​​what we are going to prepare, right? Quite a bomb. Ideal to end a good meal.

Ingredients
  • 40 g. dark chocolate
  • 150 ml. whole milk
  • 120 ml. hot strong coffee
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
To decorate
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate chips

Preparation
  1. We grate the chocolate and we reserve it in a container.
  2. In a small saucepan, we heat the milk until hot, without boiling.
  3. When it is hot, we remove from the heat and we incorporate the chocolate. We stir with some hand rods until they dissolve.
  4. We add the coffee hot, the sugar and the Baileys. We mix until all are perfectly integrated.
  5. We pour the mixture in the Cup.
  6. We cover with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
