Chorizo ​​and bacon pizza

The pizzas are usually a splendid snack for everyone, especially for young people. That is why today I dedicate this recipe to young people who, like me, have had to go away from home to study and learn to use all the electrical appliances in order to survive in a shared flat.

For some the mom tupers They are their salvation, however, for those who like cooking and have some time to cook between exams, here are some delicious individual chorizo ​​and bacon pizzas. Also, the dough can be frozen for ease.

Ingredients

  • Sausage.
  • bacon.
  • Ketchup.
  • Semi-cured cheese wedges.
  • Oregano.

For :

  • 1 kg of flour.
  • 2 glasses of lukewarm water.
  • 50 g of fresh or baker's yeast (2 squares of Mercadona yeast).
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Pinch of salt.

Preparation

First, we will make our Pizza mass. To do this, place the two glasses of warm water in a large bowl and add the crumbled baker's yeast. Stir with a rod until the yeast has dissolved in the water.

Then add the olive oil and the sifted flour (passed through a strainer) so that it gets more air and rises better. We will stir with our hands until we get an elastic and moist dough. We will leave rest the dough for 1 hour wrapped in a kitchen towel.

While we will be cutting our ingredients, in this case the thinly sliced ​​chorizo ​​and the bacon in strips thin too. We will turn on the oven.

When the time has passed, the dough will have doubled in volume. Then we will catch little portions and we will stretch it with a roller on a flat and floured surface.

Finally, we will place the pizza base stretched out on a baking sheet with vegetable paper and add a tomato sauce base, then the bacon and chorizo ​​and, finally, some wedges of semi-cured cheese, in addition to the oregano. We will take it to the horano for 10 minutes at 180 ºC.

Note

This pizza dough can be cut into small pieces, rolled into balls, and stored in the freezer. That is why I have put the amounts for 1 kg of flour, where there will be between 4-6 individual pizzas.
