Hypertensive: Microwave Stuffed Pumpkin

We will prepare a delicious and healthy meal for all hypertensive patients since it is a stuffed pumpkin cooked in the microwave, being a very simple preparation to taste at lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

1 large pumpkin
11/2 cup raw spinach
1 cup of cooked chickpeas
130 cc of tomato puree
oregano, a pinch
ground pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Cut the pumpkin in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cook it in the microwave for 20 minutes at maximum temperature (if it is not cooked, you can add more time). Then, pour the tomato puree into a container, season with the oregano and ground pepper and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum temperature.

Next, fill the hole of the pumpkin with the spinach, chickpeas, pour the sauce over it and cook in the microwave for 8 minutes. Remove and serve.
