Hypertensive: cream cheese gnocchi

This nutritious recipe for cream cheese gnocchi is very simple to prepare and you must use foods low in fat or reduced in calories to make your daily diet effective, balanced and healthy.

Ingredients:

600 grams of cream cheese (low calories)
12 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 medium onions, chopped
butter (low calories), amount needed
freshly ground pepper, to taste
grated cheese (low calorie) for sprinkling

Preparation:

Place the cream cheese together with the flour in a bowl, season with a little freshly ground pepper and mix these ingredients well. In a pot, fry the chopped onions with a little butter and add them to the first preparation.

With this mixture, prepare the gnocchi and arrange them on a tray sprinkled with a little flour so that they do not stick. Cook them in a pot with plenty of water until they rise to the surface and then remove them, drain them and you can serve them natural tomato sauce, pesto sauce or drizzle them with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with a good grated cheese (low in calories).
