recipe-hummus

Hummus is an internationally known Arabic recipe. It is made from cooked chickpeas but if you don't like legumes, don't worry, hummus has seasonings like lemon, garlic, cumin… so it doesn't exactly taste like chickpeas. As a special ingredient, it has Tahin or Tahina pasta, a sesame paste that you can find in health food stores or organic stores and that has a delicious peanut aroma. It is an appetizer that spread on bread is delicious and that everyone likes.

Doing so is very easy since all you have to do is grind all the ingredients at the same time, so no excuses. If you have never eaten it, now is the time to start making the recipe, I promise you that you are going to love it.
