HOW TO MAKE AN ADOBO FOR FISH WITHOUT A PINCH OF SALT

INGREDIENTS:

- lemon
- nail
- garlic
- peppers

PREPARATION:

In a glass tray we put two or three glasses of lemon juice diluted with water, 2 or 3 cloves, minced garlic and a little paprika (sweet or spicy, depending on how we like it). We already have a marinade without any fat and without any salt. Now we only have to submerge the pieces of fish (eg, pomfret) in it the day before. We leave it overnight and in the middle of the day we turn it over.
