How to bone a turkey

Today we are going to open a new section on the web, the video-recipes. They will consist of small videos about recipes, tips, cooking techniques that may be useful to you. In our first video we are going to show you how to bone a turkey. Surely it comes in handy for you this Christmas.

Stay tuned to the blog that in a few days we are going to put the recipe for stuffed turkey for christmas that we used to stuff this turkey, it was delicious, I recommend it. We accompany you with a mango with gulas since the turkey itself is already strong and does not need a very strong first.

Fresh turkey

The deboning of a turkey can be done on the part of the breasts or the part of the sternum. In our video we do the boning by the part of the breasts Since it seems easier to us and it is more beautiful later when we fill it.   Turkey without carcass

This is what the turkey looks like once we have removed it the carcass bone. We only have the bones of the legs, the wings and the ovisp. Boneless turkey

We have removed all the bones except for the wings as we think there is a lot left to fill more showy with wings. If we want to bone the wings, we only have to cut the wing at the joint and bone the counter wing as we have done with the legs (we scrape the meat, cut the tendons and pull until the bone is removed).

Now we just have to clean it very well and we can fill it in without problems, isn't that so difficult?

Very good cooking is also my occasion, not because I like to eat but because I like to cook for another and I love that they celebrate it and I will leave some of my homemade recipes created by me
