Flakes with Honey

Ingredients:

A pinch of salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
500 gr. Of flour
2 eggs

Preparation:

Put the flour in the shape of a volcano and in the center put the beaten egg with the oil and a little salt. Knead well until it does not stick and when it is kneaded, stretch the dough with a floured roller on a floured surface, leaving it very thin. Cut circles about 12 cm in diameter and fry in hot oil. Once fried, drain well and place in a source. Accompany with honey or sugar.
