Today I propose some honey chicken wings. A simple and different recipe that is very popular for the sweet spot of honey. It is a dish that goes very well with some potatoes.
It seems a very caloric dish if we make them fried, but we can also prepare them in the ovenThis way they will have less fat and are also very good and crisp. You can also add a touch of sweet or hot paprika.

Ingredients
- 1 kilo of chicken wings
- 6 tablespoons of honey (to taste)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of soy
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Pepper
- Sal Island
- Oregano
Preparation
- First we will clean the wings, we will put them in a bowl and we will add all the ingredients, the honey, the oil, the soy, the pepper, the salt, the oregano and the 3 minced garlic cloves, we will stir it well so that they are well impregnated with all the ingredients, we can add a little more of any ingredient if we like.
- We will cover it with transparent film and leave it in the fridge for 3-4 hours so that it takes on the flavors well, we can also prepare it the night before and leave it for more hours so that it takes on more flavor of the dressing.
- When we go to prepare them, we will light the oven to 180ºC, in a plate we will put the wings, we will put them in the oven until they are well golden brown.
- We can prepare some potatoes to accompany, while the wings are in the oven, fry some potatoes and 5 minutes before leaving the oven we mix them with the wings, so that they take on the flavor.
- When they are, we take it out of the oven and serve. If you like very sweet, you can add a drizzle of honey and oregano on top when serving.
