The pates they are very good for these light dinners, to keep the line well or to make a mini-diet at night. It is very easy to do and you only need about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 small tuna cans.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 slice of sliced ​​bread.
  • 1/2 glass of milk.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Ketchup.
  • Butter.

Preparation

First of all, we must drain the Tuna cansIt must be without any olive oil. In addition, in a bowl, apart, we will put the slice of bread together with the milk so that it soaks well.

In a bowl, add the drained tuna, the slice of bread along with the milk, the 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and another 3 of ketchup and the salt. We will stir well with a spoon and we crush with the blender so that it is fine.

Finally, we will grease the mold that we are going to use with butter and pour this mixture. We will put it in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 170ºC.
