Ingredients
- 450 grams of strawberries
- 1 liter of milk
- 125 grams of white sugar
- 2 or 3 drops of vanilla essence
Preparation
- As you can see in the ingredients, this recipe does not have great mystery so it will be easy and light to make.
- The first thing we will do is wash strawberries well and remove the leaves. Next, we will add them cut in half in a blender container.
- We will fill the container about half milk and we will be beating. As a homogeneous shake is achieved, we will fill the container with both the milk that we lack until we reach the liter and the sugar (125 grams approximately).
- We beat well without any pieces remaining. The only thing that will be seen is the seeds of the strawberries.
- Add to the mix, only if you want because it is totally alternative, a few drops of vanilla. A much more complete flavor remains ...
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour and take it very cool. It is an ideal snack for the little ones!
