The fruit par excellence that I have chosen, are the strawberries, since now is the time of this fruit. Due to its intense flavor, freshness and color, it is a food that will soon attract the attention of children, so bet on this recipe as a dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 1kg of strawberries.
- 150 g of sugar.
- 100 ml of water
- 8 sheets of neutral gelatin.
Preparation
First, we will wash the strawberries well and remove the green stem. We will chop them and put them in a beater glass, reserving some to decorate. In addition, we will introduce the gelatin sheets in cold water.
Then we will do a syrup. To do this, we will put the water and water in a small saucepan and bring it to a boil for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Then, we will mix the crushed strawberries with the syrup and we will stir well with some rods. Check that there are no pieces of strawberry.
Finally, we will add the gelatin sheets and we will stir until they dissolve. We will put it in the fridge for about 3 hours.
