Our elaboration today is called, prepared milk. Simple and delicious, it will offer us some really special flavors, and since it should be consumed cold, it is always a refreshing drink.

Ingredients:
- 1L of milk
- 1 stick of cinnamon or ground cinnamon
- 1 lemon
- sugar or sweetener
We already have the basic ingredients and we'll get to it. As you can see, it is an inexpensive and also delicious drink.
We start putting the milk to boil with the cinnamon stick or in its absence a little ground cinnamon, the flavor is not of the same intensity but it also offers a good result, in addition to the skin of a lemon. We let it weed for about five minutes, we add the sugar or the sweetener, We strain it and we will have it ready.
Now we put it in a jug and let it cool a bit before putting it in the fridge.
Once at room temperature we can put it in the refrigerator. Also if we like something more icy we can put it in the freezer and remove it later to obtain a more slush texture.
