Homemade pineapple jelly

Pineapple provides vitamins C, B1, B2 and PP, minerals: magnesium, sodium, iron, phosphorus, sulfur, iodine, calcium.

This jelly is nutritious rich with a good aroma and body ideal to make it with the boys on a rainy afternoon.

Ingredients

2 sachet of unflavored gelatin
1 kilo of pineapple
1 small coffee aisle with warm water
1 pot of cream
Sugar

Procedure

Put the pineapple without the peel or the eyes cut into pieces with the sugar in a container and let them rest for 1 hour until they get their juice.

Put the pineapple in a juicer, reserve some pieces to decorate and squeeze them, dehydrate the unflavored gelatin in the warm water well, then put in the food processor and mix everything.

Serve this juice in glasses and put it in the refrigerator until it crystallizes, beat the cream with the sugar and reserve in the refrigerator.

Once the gelatin is cold and the cream is cold, decorate the middle with a flake of cream and a small piece of pineapple.
