Homemade nachos

The nachos with minced meat and cheese is a very typical dish of Mexico. These are in high demand at parties with friends to go biting and go mouthing up the main dishes. However, today we have done them in a simple and healthy way.

All the lasagna platesSometimes they remain in the pan for several days since we do not want to repeat the same dish or, when they are already soaked, we do not know what to do with them. In this way, we give you a great idea to take advantage of them in a simple and delicious recipe.

Ingredients

  • Plates of lasagna.
  • Olive oil.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • Mince.
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • Grated cheese.

Preparation

First, we will put the soaked lasagna plates so that they soften. These should be soaking for at least 20 minutes to be tender enough.

While the plates are soaking, we will sauté the meat with the garlic minced for a few minutes until they change color and are well cooked.

Then we will drain these plates on absorbent paper and we will also dry them from the top to remove as much water as possible.

Then, we will very carefully cut each plate into small triangles so that they resemble the original nachos, and we will fry them in plenty of hot oil. We will drain them on absorbent paper and add a little salt.

Finally, we will place it on a flat plate and add the minced meat and a little of grated cheese, and we will take it to the microwave, grill option, so that the cheese melts.
