Homemade hake burger

Ingredients
- 2 frozen hake fillets.
- 1/2 onion.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- Olive oil.
- Pinch of salt.
- 1 egg.
- Little breadcrumbs.
- Parsley.
- Oregano.
Preparation
In the first place, we should defrost the hake. You can choose any fish, either fresh or frozen, such as panga. We will chop this into small cubes and place it in a bowl.
Next, we will bite both the onion like garlic and we will poach them over medium heat in a skillet along with olive oil. When it is well poached, we will add it to the bowl where we have put the fish.
We will mix poach the vegetables with the fish and add the egg, the pinch of salt, the oregano and the parsley, stirring well until the ingredients and flavors are integrated.
Finally, we will add the breadcrumbs little by little, until we get a heavy and consistent mixture. We will take small portions of this mixture and place it in a small pan to brown on both sides. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
You can accompany her by a light mayonnaise, tomato and lettuce. In addition, you can also add a slice of semi-cured or light cheese.
