Homemade grape jelly

Grapes stand out for their fructose and have a high percentage of sugars that is why they are not good for those who have diabetes or those who eat low-calorie diets.

They also have minerals such as folic acid and vitamin B6, potassium, magnesium and calcium. They are very rich, this jelly is good for children to consume fruits without giving themselves in a more fun, rich way and that they benefit from all the vitamins and minerals they have.

Ingredients
2 sachet of unflavored gelatin
1 kilo of white grapes
1 small coffee aisle with warm water
1 pot of cream
Sugar

Procedure

Put the grapes in a jiguera, reserve some to decorate and squeeze them, dehydrate the unflavored gelatin in the warm water well, then put in the processor and mix everything.

Serve this juice in glasses and put it in the refrigerator until it crystallizes, beat the cream with the sugar and reserve in the refrigerator.
Once the gelatin and the cream are cold, decorate the middle with a flake of cream and a grape.
