Ingredients
- 100 grams of pastry flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 175 ml. milk
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- Once we have all the ingredients, we choose a deep bowl of plastic to throw them all and later beat until blended. It does not matter the order in which we add them but it is recommended to add the milk first and the flour last so that it does not stick to the walls of the container.
- We choose a medium or small frying pan, depending on the size you want the crepes and we add some drops of oil olive so that the mixture does not stick. We heat it to medium temperature and we are pouring the mixture. When small bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the pancake, you will be ready to turn it over with the help of a plastic spatula so that it is done on the other side.
- They are rich without any more seasoning but if you add a little chocolate syrup later, you will repeat!
Notes
When serving you can accompany the crepes with a ball of whipped cream or with chocolate or strawberry syrup. They will be delicious!
