El we are passionate about chocolate For most people, savoring a rich ounce of chocolate and watching it melt in your mouth is a very pleasant sensation, at least in my case. In addition, I remember eating a famous chocolate cream by the spoonful in one sitting, with the consequent diarrhea afterwards, but at least I enjoyed eating it before.

This chocolate cream has grown with us for a long time, and today it also continues to sweeten the picnic of many children. Milk, cocoa, hazelnuts and sugar… do you remember!. Well, today we are going to make it at home, I hope you like it.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of peeled and roasted hazelnuts.
  • 150 g of sugar.
  • 100 g of chocolate for desserts.
  • 100 g of white chocolate.
  • 100 g of milk chocolate.
  • 200 g of milk.
  • 150 g of sunflower oil.

Preparation

This recipe is very simple to make, you can make it from normal way or with the thermomix. I have done it in the traditional way, by hand, but it is basically the same procedure.

At first we will have to chop with the blender or a mincer the hazelnuts, and also the different types of chocolate. Everything should be quite fine.

Later, in a saucepan We will put the hazelnuts and the chocolate. Add the milk and sunflower oil and put on low heat for a few minutes until it melts.

We stir everything well until we see that everything has been melted and mixed and we will place in the different individual containers. Finally, we put it in the fridge until it has cooled completely and has reached the proper consistency of chocolate cream.
