Today I bring you the way to make them in a basic way, then each one will be able to join them with what they like the most.

Ingredients:
- 250g of minced pork
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- flour
- shawl
- oil
The ingredients are easy i your preparation too. The meat can be veal or even chicken, that goes to everyone's taste.
We start by mixing the minced meat with a little salt, we add the egg and mix well, so that all the meat is impregnated.
Some people they put garlic on them, in my case I remove it from the recipe because I don't like it to taste like this ingredient. But in case you want to put it, Now is the time, chopped with a little parsley, mix everything.
Now we add breadcrumbs until the mixture is consistentIt can also be made with bread crumbs, but I think breadcrumbs are better because bread is not wasted.
When we achieve a good dough, that can be worked, we make balls and pass them through flour. Logically we will already have a frying pan with hot oil, to go putting them all.
We gild them to taste and we put them on absorbent paper so that they release the extra oil.
As you can see, it is very simple to prepare, now we can eat them likewise, as is my case or we can make them with sauce, with peas or whatever we like. I recommend them with cuttlefish and peas, delicious.
