- 200 grams by Heura

Preparation
- To prepare the Heura croquettes, we will start by chopping the onion very small.
- Put a pan with two tablespoons of oil, put the onion to fry over medium heat.
- We cut the Heura into small pieces.
- When the onion is poached add the Heura cut into pieces, pepper and a little salt. Mix everything well and brown it a little along with the onion.
- Add the butter until melted.
- Add the flour and cook it for a couple of minutes so that the flour is not raw.
- We heat the milk, we will add it to the pan little by little and stirring without stopping so that there are no lumps, we taste salt and rectify. We will continue cooking until a thick cream remains.
- Once ready, put it on a tray and let it cool.
- In a bowl we put the eggs and beat them and in another the breadcrumbs.
- Put a frying pan over medium heat with a glass of oil. We form the croquettes, pass them first through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs.
- When the oil is hot we will fry the Heura croquettes, brown them all over and so on until they are all done. We will put them on a plate with kitchen paper to release the oil.
- We put them in a bowl and serve.
