Today's recipe I have prepared with anchovies and cheese, the combination is great, we can also make them varied, with other salted or smoked that combine very well with lettuce.
It only remains to accompany it with a good vinaigrette that will give it much more flavor., like this one that I have prepared. Surely you are going to like this dish and you will use it to accompany others.
- 1 Bag of buds
- 2 cans of anchovies
- 1 package of goat cheese
- 1 can of piquillo peppers in strips
- 1 can of olives
- 1 Tomate
- 1 cebolla
- Oil, salt, vinegar
- Pepper, parsley
- We wash the buds and we will cut them lengthwise into 2 or 3 parts each bud and we will put them in a source.
- On the other hand, we will chop the tomato very small, we will put it in a bowl.
- We will also chop the onion into small pieces, we will also cut the olives, put them in the bowl, we dress everything with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, we remove everything and mix.
- We will cut the cheese into thin slices and put a piece or two in each lettuce cut, on top of each piece of cheese some anchovy fillets, some strips of piquillo peppers.
- We can leave it in the fridge so that the buds are very cold until it is time to serve, we will dress them with the vinaigrette that we have prepared with the tomato and onion, we will put it on top and the slices of olives.
- We will chop a little parsley, we will add it on top. And ready to taste. They are excellent to prepare as light canapes, very good!
