Healthy potato salad
All salads provide the nutrients and energy necessary to cope with the day to day. These are very healthy in the diet, since they are composed of combinations of vegetables or greens, to give the body a great benefit for your health.
All the salads they can be cold or temperate, this one in particular that we have prepared today, you can enjoy it as you like, it combines very well with both temperatures.
Ingredients
- 250 g of green beans.
- 4-5 medium potatoes.
- 2 medium carrots.
- 1 can of tuna.
- Water.
- Oil.
- Vinegar.
- Salt
Our Process
In the first place, we should cook the green beans. I have used frozen, because they are faster to make, but if you want you can buy them fresh, which will be much better this salad.
In addition, we will peel the potatoes and carrots. We will cook these two foods each on its own in plenty of boiling water.
We will cook everything without any salt, and then when everything is done, make the vinaigrette and season it last. The cooking time for the potatoes will be about 20 minutes, a time in which they are tender but not so long that they fall apart.
When the three ingredients are cooked, we will drain them and put them together in a large bowl. To this we will add the can of tuna chopped up.
Finally, we will carry out the vinaigrette, composed of olive oil, salt, thyme, parsley and a little vinegar. Now you can enjoy a healthy lunch or dinner, with all the necessary energy supply for the body.
