Healthy Beet, Apple and Carrot Salad

This healthy beet, apple and carrot salad is a different option to enjoy at lunch or a light dinner during the weekend and is also a provider of mineral fibers and vitamins to incorporate into our body.

Ingredients:

1 cup of grated raw beets
2 cups of carrot grated
2 cups of grated apple
olive oil, a splash
1/2 cup plain yogurt
4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons of honey
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Salt and ground pepper, to taste

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with a drizzle of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey and season with salt and ground pepper, to taste.

Prepare a salad bowl and place the beets, carrots, apples and chopped parsley. Next, drizzle the salad with the dressing and mix all the foods well. I suggest that if you do not consume the salad at the moment, reserve it in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap.

This salad looks very tasty, I'm going to make it 🙂
They have something with broccoli or cauliflower that does not have bacon or any meat, I am almost a vegetarian, like some chicken or seafood I just finish them.
    Thank you.
