Ingredients
- 180gr. chocolate Nestlé desserts
- 150gr. of butter
- 125gr. of sugar
- 3 eggs L
- 80gr. Of flour
- 50gr. hazelnut
- 1chta. Royal yeast
- To accompany:
- 100 gr. dark chocolate for desserts or vanilla ice cream
Preparation
- We heat the oven to 180ºC.
- Chop the chocolate and butter, put it in a bowl and let it melt in a bain-marie or microwave, once melted, stir and mix well.
- In another container we put the eggs and the sugar, we beat it until we get it mixed very well.
- To this mixture we add the sifted flour, the yeast and beat.
- Once well beaten, add the chocolate mixture to the egg mass and stir well, chop the hazelnuts and mix.
- In a container greased with butter and a little flour, we turn the dough, put it in the oven at 180ºC and leave it for 30-40 minutes depending on the oven.
- We let it temper to unmold.
- We melt a little chocolate and accompany it with the brownie.
- We can also accompany it with vanilla ice cream or with a little whipped cream.
