Hawaiian pineapple

This delicious dessert is ideal to eat at any time and any season of the year it can be eaten either at room temperature or cold.

It is made in a few minutes and is actually a delicacy, it has few ingredients which makes it very economical and if you want to do it for the little ones you can substitute rum for syrup.

Ingredients
1 pineapple
100 grams of sugars
2 glasses of rum
250 grams of strawberries

Preparation

Peel the pineapple, remove the core and cut it into slices. Wash the strawberries and quintals the tail and cut them in half.

Sprinkle the pineapple slices with the sugar and bathe them with the rum. Place everything on a plate and garnish with split strawberries. At the moment of serving flambé the rum.
