Today I want to leave you the recipe that I prepare of harvest lasagna. Many times we have left of the stews, meats and it is a shame to throw them away. There is always a recipe to take advantage of it, like the typical croquettes, but they always get tired.
Now I prepare lasagna with the meat that is left from the broth or from a stew. It is an easy, homemade lasagna, It is very good, surely you will like it at home. I encourage you to try it !!!

Ingredients
- 500 gr. meat (stew, chicken….)
- Lasagna pasta sheets
- 1 cebolla
- A jar of fried tomato
- A glass of white wine
- Grated cheese
- bechamel
- Buy

Preparation
- First we will prepare the lasagna sheets, we will make them according to the manufacturer.
- While in a pan with oil we will put the chopped onion, we will let it cook for a few minutes until it is soft and transparent.
- With the leftover meat we can chop or shred them with the mincer or with a scissors cut it into small pieces, I do it like this, since it is finished mincing with the sauce.
- We put the chopped meat together with the onion, we put the fried tomato to our liking, but keep it juicy, we put a little salt, pepper, we put a small glass of white wine, we let it cook for about 8 minutes, we taste it to leave it to our liking.
- We place a base of lasagna sheets on a baking tray, cover with a layer of meat and a little grated cheese, cover with another layer of lasagna sheets, another of meat and a little cheese, like this until finished, the last thing It will be lasagna sheets, which we will cover with a layer of béchamel and grated cheese.
- We put in the oven at 180ºC until it is well browned.
