In my fight against food waste, I have found in these types of recipes the way to take advantage of things from the pantry. We could include this dish in the utilization device, since it easily admits any type of ingredient you want to add.

Ingredients
  • 400 gr of minced beef
  • 1 egg L
  • 2 garlic
  • Parsley
  • Cheese cubes, about half a cup
  • Serrano ham tacos, half a cup
  • Half a cup of cooked ham tacos
  • Flour (XNUMXg)
  • Bread crumbs

Preparation
  1. Place the minced meat in a deep bowl and mix with a fork.
  2. Add the egg, salt and parsley and mix well.
  3. Cut the garlic into very fine pieces and add to the dough.
  4. We also add the serrano ham, the cooked ham and the cheese cubes.
  5. We stir the mixture well until all the ingredients are distributed.
  6. We are adding breadcrumbs little by little, until the dough is compact.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and reserve in the refrigerator for a minimum of half an hour.
  8. After that time, we are preparing the hamburgers.
  9. We put a griddle or a non-stick pan with a little virgin olive oil.
  10. With the help of a spoon we are taking portions of the dough, shaping it with our hands.
  11. We go through the flour shaking the excess well.
  12. To finish, we put the hamburgers on the grill and cook them for about 5 minutes.
  13. We serve very hot so that the flavor of the melted cheese can be appreciated.
