Ham and pea cake

I present you a rich and very nutritious cake to eat hot or cold, ideal for any occasion or family gathering:

Ingredients:

1 disc of mace for puff pastry
400 grams of diced ham
3 cans of peas without liquid
1 small pot of heavy cream
100 grams of coarse grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
Oil a splash
Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

Put oil in a pan and spread it over the entire surface, then put the mace and puncture it.

In a bowl, mix the peas, ham, cream, eggs, salt and pepper and then pour everything over the dough and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Take it to a moderate oven until the batter turns color and the filling is crispy on top.
