Ingredients
- 1 hake in pieces without bones
- ¼ frozen peeled prawns
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small glass of oil
- 1 small glass of white wine
- Parsley
- Sal Island
- 1 chilli (optional)
Preparation
- To prepare the hake, we will start by mincing the garlic, we chop the parsley, we put it in a beater glass with the oil, we crush it. We reserve the sauce.
- Defrost the prawns and let them drain well.
- We salt the fish.
- We put a frying pan with a good jet of oil, we put it to heat over medium heat, when it is hot we will put the prawns in the pan, sauté them and add the sauce that we have prepared with the garlic and parsley. We will let it cook for a few minutes, until the prawns are cooked.
- On the other hand, we prepare the hake, we salt it, we put a casserole with oil and the split chilli if we want it a little spicy, if we do not do without it. We fry the hake for a couple of minutes on each side, when giving the second turn we incorporate the small glass of wine when it evaporates 2-3 minutes we introduce the prawns with the sauce, we let it cook for a few minutes and we turn off.
