Ingredients
  • 1 small red onion
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 5 hake fillets (un) frozen
  • 2 dozen prawns (un) frozen
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. We chop the onion, pepper and garlic.
  2. In a low saucepan with a drizzle of oil, sauté the onion and the bell pepper until they change color and are tender. So, we add the garlic and cook for two more minutes.
  3. We incorporate the tomato peeled and grated and let it cook for five minutes.
  4. We add the paprika and we remove to integrate it.
  5. We pour a glass of white wine and cook for a few minutes over high heat.
  6. Then we incorporate the fillets of seasoned fish and prawns and let them cook in the sauce.
  7. We serve hot.
