Hake papillots with carrots and leek
Today I wanted to bring you a very healthy and very simple recipe, some delicious fish papillotes with vegetables. The fish I have used is hake, but you can choose another such as panga; and the vegetables I have used carrot and leek, although you can also use onion and tomato or red pepper.
The variety of cracker it is nothing more than the wrapping of the food that we are going to cook in a kind of closed package so that they cook in their own juice. It comes from France and with this technique, food preserves all the flavor and nutrients so beneficial to our health.

Ingredients
For, 2 people:
- 1 large hake.
- 2-3 carrots.
- 1 leek
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Lemon.
Preparation
To make this recipe for fish papillotes with vegetables, the first thing we have to do is season the fish so that it takes on flavor. To do this, we will season the fish a little to taste and add lemon juice. We will reserve for later.
Then we will cut leeks and carrots julienned and we will poach the two ingredients separately, in order to make the layers of the papillote and not mix the vegetables.
We will do the cracker. To do this, we will take pieces of baking paper, to which we will place a little oil and a bed of the poached leek, on top of this we will put the fish and then place the julienned poached carrot. We will close the paper in half and then at the ends, so that it is completely closed.
Finally, put the papillotes in the oven at 180ºC for about 8-10 minutes. Serve the fish and vegetables out of the papillote and, if you want, accompany it with a special sauce.
