Today I bring you one fish recipe very economical and easy, suitable for all members of the house (including the little ones). It is loins of hake on pea bed, a fish that everyone usually likes and that we can easily find both fresh and frozen. I leave you with the recipe!.
Difficulty level: Easy
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- Hake loins
- Frozen peas
- 1 cebolla
- 3 cloves of garlic
- pepper
- Parsley
- Sal Island
- Olive oil
Preparation:
In a bowl, place the hake with the salt, pepper, finely chopped parsley and a minced garlic clove. We add olive oil and mix, we let it take flavor while we prepare the sauce. In a frying pan we poach the diced onion and the other two garlic cloves cut into slices, when it is golden add the hake and peas.
When the fish takes some color add water (until it covers the peas) and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the peas are tender. We correct salt if necessary and that's it. If we want the sauce to thicken, we can beat it with a little flour before serving.
