Ingredients
- 1 hake
- 1 cebolla
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika sweet
- 500 ml. fish broth
- 125 ml. white wine
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Parsley
- Oil and salt
Preparation
- To prepare the hake in sauce, we will start with the hake, we will ask the fishmonger to clean the hake for us and cut it into slices.
- Chop the onion and garlic cloves.
- Put a jet of oil in a saucepan, add the onion, let it poach and add the minced garlic.
- When the onion and garlic begin to take color, add the fried tomato and sweet paprika, stir everything and mix well.
- Add a tablespoon of flour, mix with the sauce, add the white wine, let it reduce for a few minutes until the alcohol evaporates.
- Then we add the fish broth, let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- We salt the hake pieces, add it to the casserole and cook for 10 minutes, we will stir the casserole so that the sauce thickens.
- We taste salt and rectify.
- Chop a handful of parsley and sprinkle it over the fish.
- We turn off. We let it rest for a few minutes and serve.
