Ingredients
  • 2 large hake fillets
  • ½ white onion in julienne
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1-2 sliced ​​garlic cloves
  • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
  1. We preheat the oven to 180ºC
  2. We put two pieces of aluminum foil on the oven tray. Big enough to be able to wrap the steaks and vegetables in a small packet.
  3. We spread the central part of each paper with olive oil.
  4. On the olive oil we place a onion bed and on this other carrot.
  5. Then we also place the sliced ​​garlic and on this the seasoned hake fillets.
  6. Squeeze a little lemon on top, we add a few drops of oil and close the packages.
  7. We take them to the oven and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
  8. After time we remove from the oven, place a small package on each plate and serve.
