Hake fillets are a food that should not be missing in our weekly diet, therefore today we will prepare them the Neapolitan style, since they are simple to make and very tasty.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo of hake fillets
juice of one lemon
all-purpose flour, amount needed
1 beaten egg
oil for frying, quantity required
2 tomatoes cut into slices
mozzarella cheese slices, to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Season the hake fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Then pass them through common flour, the beaten egg and fry them in oil. Once fried, arrange them in a baking dish.
Top them with some slices of mozzarella cheese and over these slices of tomato, with a pinch of salt. Finally, cook in the oven until the mozzarella cheese melts. Remove and you can serve the portions.
