I don't know about you, but salmon is a fish that I really like. I usually cook it on the grill and serve it with some kind of salad. This time, however, I wanted to give it a touch something more special. How? Cooking the grilled salmon cwith honey crust.
La honey crust does not complicate the preparation of this recipe at all. The honey is incorporated into the fish at the last moment, when it is browned once done. The salad is optional, but I think it is a good accompaniment to complete a dinner. Lettuce, apple and some nuts, you don't need more!
- 1 slice of salmon
- 2 tablespoons of honey (I of Heather)
- ½ lemon juice
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- For the salad:
- Mixed lettuce sprouts
- 5 walnuts
- 5 raisins
- ½ apple diced
- Extra visgen olive oil
- Clean and dry the salmon slice with a paper. Season with salt and pepper.
- We cook on the grill In a grill pan over medium heat, until the salmon is done inside.
- Meanwhile, we mix the honey and lemon juice until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- When the salmon is done, we smear on one side with honey and we turn it over. We brown it well over high heat. We spread the remaining honey on the other side and repeat the process.
- We serve over a salad of lettuce, apple and nuts, dressed with a little extra virgin olive oil.
