Cream of green sauce

Ingredients:

250 grams green onion
250 grams milk cream
olive oil
a splash of white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Chop the green onion and put it in a pan with that pinch of common or olive oil, minutes later the white wine is incorporated and left for another minutes until the alcohol evaporates. Add the content of the cream to the pan, mixing it with the above.
