Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread.
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • 2 cans of tuna.
  • 1 can of olives.
  • 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Preparation

Firstly, we will cut the loaf of bread into medium slices to make it easier to put in your mouth in one bite. We will arrange these on a baking sheet and we will take it to toast for about 5-8 minutes at 200ºC.

While the bread is toasting, we are making the olive pate. We will open the can and drain the broth, in addition, we will chop them very finely with a knife.

We will mix this with the drained tuna and we will add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise. We will mix well to make it a homogeneous mixture.

Finally, we will remove the toast from the oven and we will spread one of its bases with the garlic clove, so its flavor will be impregnated. We will put a quantity of the pate on top and decorate with an olive.

    Personally, green olives are one of the few foods that I do not tolerate, with black olives I have no problems and I want to put them in everything. But in the holidays my whole family gets together, and they do love green olives, and this will be a good way to pamper them. Excellent recipe.
