Green olive tapenade

This type of pasta or elaborate mixture can last a few days in the refrigerator but covered so as not to leave an odor or catch that of the other products in the refrigerator. This recipe is quick and easy and can be a great appetizer for women too. dinners with friends.
Ingredients
- 1 can of pitted green olives.
- 2 tablespoons of capers drained.
- 3 anchovies.
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- 1 clove garlic.
- Black peppercorns.
- Thyme.
- Lemon juice.
Preparation
Firstly, chop the olives and put them in a mortar. This can also be done in a shredder or with the same mixer.
Then we will mince the garlic finely and also the anchovies and we will put everything in the previous mortar. In addition, we will add the capers, a few grains of black pepper, a little thyme and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
We will crush all this well in the mortar together with a tablespoon of olive oil so that this is how this tapenade paste is formed.
Finally, we will leave put the pasta in the fridge in the fridge for at least 12 hours. It would only remain to serve them in small toasts of bread made in the oven.
