Green chicken casserole

Ingredients
750 grams of chicken breasts
Half a glass of strained vegetable broth
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
4 green onions
5 sprigs of chives
2 lemons
4 tablespoons olive oil
5 servings of brown rice
Salt and pepper taste

Procedure

Cut the chicken into pieces without skin or bone, chop the ajó, onion and scallion, then squeeze the lemons, in a saucepan with hot oil, sauté the onion and green onion, for 3 minutes, add the chives, the lemon and season.
