Ingredients

Preparation

  2. We continue cooking the potatoes for 10 more minutes. or until they are tender, draining them well when they are and letting them cool before handling them.
  3. In another pot and at the same time we cook the green beans clean and chopped to the desired point. And while some of us like them al dente, others prefer them very tender. Once at the desired point, we take them out and drain them.
  4. When the potatoes have cooled slightly, we peel and chop and we also do the same with the eggs.
  5. After the we mix with the green beans and keep warm while we cook the salmon.
  6. At cook salmon We put a generous teaspoon of oil in a frying pan and heat it.
  7. While it is heating, season the salmon with salt and pepper and season it with a little garlic powder.
