All the green beans they are cooked very little in this recipe so that they retain all their properties. They are the protagonists, although they appear accompanied by numerous ingredients such as red pepper, dried tomatoes, walnuts and cottage cheese. You could substitute the walnuts for almonds, the cottage cheese for feta cheese… improvise!
- 2 dozen clean green beans
- ½ rogo pepper
- 1-2 dried tomatoes
- 5 walnuts
- 3 tablespoons cottage cheese
- Olive oil

- We heat water in a pot. When it boils, add the beans and wait for the water to boil again. So, we count a minute and we take them out.
- In a frying pan, we heat 2 tablespoons of oil. We sauté the pepper until it softens slightly.
- We add the green beans, dried tomatoes and a pinch of salt. Sauté the mixture for 3-4 minutes.
- We add the walnuts and let's skip one more minute.
- We serve on a plate or platter and decorate with cottage cheese crumbled.
