  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 1 cebolla
  • 500 gr. Crushed tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • Pepper
  • Oil and salt

Preparation
  1. To prepare the green beans with potatoes and tomato, we will first start by cleaning the green beans. Trim the beans, remove the strands from the sides and cut them into pieces.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium pieces.
  3. Put a saucepan with water and a little salt on the fire, when it starts to boil add the beans and potatoes. We leave until the potato is ready. Drain, reserving a glass of cooking water and set aside.
  4. Peel and chop the small onion.
  5. In a large frying pan, put a little oil, add the onion, let it cook for 5 minutes and add the crushed tomato. We add salt and pepper. Let cook until tomato is fried.
  6. Add the beans and potatoes to the sauce, stir and add a little cooking water if you like a lighter sauce. Let everything cook together for 5 minutes so that it heats up, being careful not to get too scrambled and the potato to fall apart.
