- 1 large potato
- 160 g. green beans
- 1 can of tuna
- Garlic powder
- Parsley
- Extra virgin olive oil
- We cut the tips of the green beans, remove the strings if necessary and cut each bean into two or three. We booked.
- We peel the potato and we cut into slices about half a centimeter thick. We place them on a plate so that they do not overlap and cover them well with plastic wrap, collecting the excess plastic wrap under the plate so that they can cook inside.
