Ingredients
- 2 bunches of cooked green beans
- 1 small pot of piquillo peppers in strips
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 boiled eggs
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Sal Island
- Sugar
Preparation
- We put an olive oil base in a non-stick pan and we skip our teeth of garlic laminated until they take a little color.
- After we add the peppers of the piquillo drained, but we do not throw the liquid. Sauté them for 5 minutes over medium-low heat and then add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar.
- Cook the peppers for 5 more minutes and add a little of their liquid. Cook over medium heat while we prepare the dish.
- Place a cooked potato base in a source (optional). On these a mixture of hot green beans and peppers. Top with more peppers and the boiled egg.
