Ingredients for 2 people:
- 500g green beans
- 250 minced beef
- Crushed tomato

We already have the ingredients we just need to get to it to achieve the recipe.
We started boiling green beans. With a little salt and let them cook until soft.
On the other hand we put with the mushrooms, we cut them and prepare them to add them to the mixture.
We put the minced beef, in my case it is of this type but it can be pork or another type. We let it cook for a while and we add the mushrooms, in my case they are mushrooms because I like them better.
We let both be done and we add a little crushed tomato, When we have it all mixed up we let it be done for a while.
We add water and let the juice evaporate a little, to taste.
We drain the green beans and we can now add them to the mixture of mushrooms, tomato and minced meat.
We let the ingredients soak in and we have the delicacy prepared. As you can see, I limit the use of accessories for the sauce, since the idea is to obtain a low calorie recipe, since you could make a good stir-fry with wine and almonds etc.
