Green beans with homemade tomato and egg curd

That is why today I show you a lunch or dinner for Valentine's Day. This recipe is quick to make, so we can spend less time in the kitchen and much more getting handsome for the occasion. We started!
Ingredients
- 300 g of frozen green beans.
- 1 small onion.
- 1/2 green pepper.
- 2 garlic
- 1 kg of tomato.
- 2-3 eggs.
- Olive oil.
- Water.
- Salt
- Pinch of sugar.
Preparation
Firstly, we will cook the green beans. To do this, we will put a large saucepan to boil with water. When the bubbles start we will add the green beans along with a little salt. We will cook them for about 10 minutes and then we will drain them and reserve.
At the same time, we are doing the homemade tomato sauce. We will peel all the vegetables and cut them into large cubes, since they will be beaten later. In a frying pan, we will put a good drizzle of olive oil and we will poach all the vegetables.
When they are well depleted, we will put them in a blender glass and we will crush everything very well. We will pour this mixture over the pan again, adding salt and a little sugar to counteract the acidity of the tomato. In addition, we will add water and let cook some 20 minutes over low heat.
Finally, we will put the green beans inside the homemade tomato sauce, and we will add a couple of eggs. These should be set in the same sauce in about 5 minutes.
